Working hard or hardly working?

I think I'm becoming unemployable. It seems that with each passing day, I am less hands on than the day before. Once in a while, I still get to roll up my sleeves and 'get dirty' (so to speak), and I'm usually pleased to learn that I still remember a thing or two. However, more of my work days are spent in meetings where I find myself talking far more than I would like.

That said, work is more exciting than ever. We are about to embark on some huge efforts that would be a nice addition to my resume. We'll see what my role will be...
